 I have too many photos & can't decide which ones to use.

Upload them anyway - if you upload more images than recommended for your page quantity, we will curate the strongest selection for storytelling and balance.

 How does the Signature Edition process work?

Once you have selected you book size, fabric and page quantity, upload the images you would like to feature. our team will then design your photo book layout and send you a digital proof for review before printing.

 I absolutely love an image but the image is low quality, can you still use it?

We completely understand that some of the most special memories featured in photographs are more important to you than the image quality. While we strongly recommend using images with a resolution of 300dpi or higher, this doesn't completely rule out featuring your beloved image. Our team will assess all images as we design your book. If any images are not suitable for print, we'll be in touch to discuss options. (for example: a low resolution image won't suit a full page spread however we may be able to feature the image one a small scale amongst others in a collage. 

Can I request specific images or moments?

Absolutely! you're welcome to leave a note highlighting must-include/favourite images, key moments or preferred sequencing (perhaps you wish the book to display the images in order of your travels). 

 How long does it take?

Design: Allow 2-3 working days

Printing: Allow 14-21 working days

Delivery: Allow 7-14 working days

You will receive updates throughout each stage for a more accurate timeline.

 Do you ship internationally?

Yes. Shipping times and costs may vary depending on location and will be confirmed at checkout.

Shipping is free for all Signature Edition books Australia-wide.

 Do I choose the layout?

The layout is designed for you in the signature edition. This option is ideal if you'd prefer to skip the time-intensive design process. The layout and sequencing are handled for you, ensuring a refined, cohesive result.

 Can I reorder the pages myself? Are revisions included?

page order is part of the design process. However you are welcome to provide guidance or request adjustments at proof stage. One round of minor revisions is included. Once the proof is approved, changes cannot be made.

Please review carefully before giving final approval. 

Additional changes may incur a fee. 

 Are the books branded?

Signature Edition books are printed without external branding, resulting in a clean, timeless finish.

 I love my book! Can I order another copy?

Yes. Additional copies of there book can be ordered once your design is complete.
